Hi there!!  Welcome to the final edition of the Diane Gard Teddy Bear Page. In 1982 I began making Teddy Bears. 25 years is a long time, but I have enjoyed every minute of it. I can't even count the number of bears I have made or the number of classes I have taught or the cities I have visited. I have created bears for collectors, museums, galleries, and charities. My bears have been featured in numerous books and magazines and have graced the covers of six of them.

I have met the most wonderful, generous, and creative people I could have ever imagined and my life has been so enriched by the experience. I have been blessed by these friendships.

Now it is time for me to retire. My life has many more adventures in store for me. I have the greatest, most wonderful husband, two fabulous children with the best son-in-law and daughter-in-law ever. We have two perfect grandchildren now and another on the way. Clint and I have new places to explore and lots of fish to catch. Teddy bears will always be part of my life and I hope you all will stay a part of my life, too. Please write and let me know what you are doing.

 Although I may not be making any more bears, I have several of my favorite bears that I set aside for special collectors like you and they are available for sale. If you are interested, email me and I will let you know what I have. I am also open to teaching a teddy bear making class once in a while.
